The location is great, so close to city centre...

The room looked just like the photos, and the location was perfect for getting around on foot to all the places we wanted to visit, including being only a 15-minute walk from Universita tube station.

The room as on the photos. Had nice facilities like an air conditioning and flat-screen TV. The staff I encountered were amicable and courteous. The location was great - easy walk to everywhere I wanted to go. The hotel was in a safe area.

We greatly enjoyed sleeping 1 night in this hotel. the venue itself was odd, yet it had friendly and courteous staff. Double room as on the photos accommodated us perfectly.

Limited availability at the front desk/reception and the inconvenience of separate check-in locations and buildings made the check-in process frustrating.

our stay at Hr Boutique Porto, Napoli Centro surpassed all expectations. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and great air-conditioning. the location was perfect, with easy access to the underground and the center of Naples. we loved the quietness of the room, as it faced an interior courtyard. overall, a fantastic experience.
